Authorizes the President or his designee to solicit bids and award contracts to construct a new 4-level parking structure in support of the South University Village development project.
D. Computing Center Fire Suppression System (Budget and Finance)
Authorizes the President or his designee to proceed with the design, solicitation of bids and awarding of contracts for the installation of a waterless fire suppression system in the Computing Center’s main equip rooms.
E. Demolition of Forest Apartments (Budget and Finance)
Authorizes the President or his designee to proceed with the design, solicitation of bids and awarding of contracts for the abatement of hazardous materials, demolition of the Forest Apartments Building and subsequent site improvements.
