Accessing Electronic Documents: Troubleshooting

If you are having problems accessing the electronic documents, please try the following in order:

1. Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. It helps to have the latest version of the software, so check now to see what your version is.
2. If you are using Netscape with the Acrobat Reader plug-in and cannot access the documents, try using Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) to access the documents. We have had excellent success with this combination. IE comes with every new Windows-based PC you buy, and most new Macintoshes.
3. If you find that you are still having problems, completely uninstall Adobe Acrobat Reader and re-install it.
