2.71.04 General Fund Contingency Reserve

| The President or his/her designee shall prepare, for each meeting of the Board's Budget and Finance Committee, a report on the status of the General Fund Contingency Reserve, and where appropriate, recommendations for the transfer of funds from the Contingency Reserve. The Board authorizes the President or his/her designee to make such a transfer, upon the approval of the Budget and Finance Committee. |
